Ozzy will soon end up in a well-secured prison controlled by ominous wardens and he will have the ability to find out the best in himself while facing off hard situations . This attractive story that represents a family entertainment at its best , contains thrills , intrigue , tension, excitement galore, entertainment and lots of fun , concerning a friendly, peaceful beagle dog who is locked at a prison for dogs, run by dogs . The tale itself is based, almost completely , around dogs providing them human qualities . However , being slightly unsatisfactory both for fans of prison escape sub-genre and for dogs buffs , the latter hoping to watch the most entertaining scenes . It follows in the footsteps of movies which use John Lasseter/Pixar-like quality style . This animated comedy-adventure movie results to be a crossover between classic prison movies as The great escape (1963) by Donald Siegel , The longest year (1974) by Robert Aldrich, and even Victory (1981) by John Huston , taking parts here and there . Although it holds heavily on the barely plausible notion of a squad of dogs escaping from an impregnable prison . It’s essentially a story about friendship, comradeship , valor , loyalty , and bravery .It packs exceptional plethora of prestigious Spanish actors giving voice to the protagonists dogs such as : Dani Rovira , José Mota , Michelle Jenner , Carlos Areces , Elsa Pataky and Fernando Tejero . Suspenseful and thrilling musical score by prestigious Fernando Velazquez who has composed important films as ¨Hercules¨, ¨The orphanage¨, ¨70 binladens¨, ¨Submergence¨, ¨The imposible¨, ¨Crimson peak¨, among others . The motion picture was professionally directed by Alberto Rodríguez and Nacho La Casa. And it won several prizes as Cinema Writers Circle Awards, Spain 2017 Winner CEC Award Best Animated Film : Alberto Rodríguez , Gaudí Awards 2017 Winner : Gaudí Award ,Best Animated Feature . This movie seems like a cute kids’ movie, but includes a line in which a dog tells another “I want you to kill yourself”. And there is lots of talk of being killed. I am livid that this is rated G.
