Funniest movie of the year! the elements and humour where 10 out of 10! it was an enjoyable movie. The dialogues are to funny animation is outstanding.

don’t like Red
Red is now the popular hero of Bird Island. The pigs are still their constant nemesis. An ice ball crashes near the pigs. It had been launched from an icy new island. The pigs proposes a truce. Red is initially against peace fearing a lost in his own personal prestige. He then sees an opportunity for more heroic adulation from a new quest.

The first movie overachieves my horrible, horrible expectations. I wouldn’t say it’s good. I would say that I could sit through it without falling asleep. I can’t say that for the sequel. First and foremost, Red annoys me in this one. Sure, he’s no longer angry but he’s petty and selfish. I’d rather have angry if he isn’t so selfish. He can still distrust the pigs without worrying about his hero status. The change in this character detracts from the franchise and makes it hard to root for. The simple story and the wacky jokes work. I wish I like Red but I don’t. I love one joke but that joke is super dark. Maybe the young ones won’t get it. This franchise continues to be better than its IP but this Red is drifting away.
