Geezers & Villains
This well-trod genre has been done better (see my review of ‘The Gentlemen’ and worse (see my review of ‘Once Upon A Time In London’.

Craig Fairbrass plays a proper, old-school hard-man from the old neighborhood. The critics liked this better than the viewers, but I think the viewers got it right. I think the daughter/grandson plot line was a bridge too far and it could have used a much better soundtrack.

I’m not going back
Eddie Franks (Craig Fairbrass) gets out of prison. He owns a bar that his brother Sean (George Russo) watched over while he was gone. Sean puts all the profits up his nose and got into trouble with the wrong people. Things escalate as Eddie tries to help him out.

This is another tough guy going after the bad guys, except Eddie is human unlike the tough guys in other films. I thought the ending could have been better.
