She refuses to have sex with her husband, Vaughn Stickles, and keeps her overly-endowed daughter, Caprice, locked in her room, while she serves home detention for moral depravity charges. Sylvia, together with her mother Big Ethel, lead a group calling themselves “neuters” that promotes decency on Harford Road. When Sylvia is accidentally hit on the head by a lawnmower hanging out of a passing pick-up truck, however, her sexual behavior is changed completely from prude to prostitute. She meets the sex addicted sexual healer Ray Ray Perkins, becoming his twelfth apostle of sex in a journey of pleasure and orgasm.
Plot: Sylvia Stickles runs a convenience store with her husband and mother-in-law. One day, Sylvia is hit on the head and transforms from an uptight prude to a sex-crazed lunatic. As she goes on a rampage through town, Sylvia attracts the attention of Ray Ray, a sexual healer and tow truck driver in search of the world’s greatest orgasm. Their sexual revolution, however, causes a class war in their tiny Baltimore community.

what a twisted movie
I picked this one up from the new releases section of the local DVD rental joint as a bit of a laugh, thanks in large part (excuse the pun) to the hideously large fake breasts that Selma Blair was wearing on the front cover. Johnny Knoxville is also usually a safe bet that you’ll get some hilarity. If there was a plot behind the film, it wasn’t very clear, however there was plenty of sexual innuendo, straight out sex jokes and plenty of twisted, retarded stuff to get anyone with a decent sense of humour laughing; even if it is because you can’t believe they bothered. Some of the acting from the support cast is as you’d expect from a straight to DVD (AUST) movie, but the toilet humour is enough to see it through.
