Watch: A Whisper in the Dark 2015 123movies, Full Movie Online – In the 1970s, a mass murder spree took place in Coldwater, Indiana. Senior Detective John Donovan was able to apprehend the killer, who was executed in the electric chair. In 2014, Ted Granger, a farmer who recently lost his grandson to heart failure, resurrects the deceased killer to wreak havoc on the people who have wronged him over the years. Standing in the way of the murderers is Detective Michael Rives, who races against the clock to discover the origin of the killer and what his next move will be. On the run is Rebecca Watson, a young college student who was watching the farmer’s grandson at the time of his death..
Plot: The spirit of a mass murderer is resurrected to seek revenge on those who wronged a small-town farmer. A determined police officer races against time to stop the killings and send the evil spirit back to where it came from.

A Whisper in the Dark: I’d have preferred the dark
This hyper obscure mega low budget indie horror tells the story of a mans revenge for the death of his young relative by summoning “Dark ones”.

Cue 90 minutes of poor character development, mysterious whispers and dreadful kills.

There really isn’t much to say about A Whisper In The Dark, it’s not so much a swing and a miss as a swing….a miss….and hitting ones self in the face with the bat…..repeatedly.

Boring, badly made and somehow it spawned a sequel?!

A Whisper In The Dark
This is yet another ultra-low budget homemade offering from the era of manufactured austerity, and it feels like it. A man whose property is about to be repossessed calls up the spirit of a long dead serial killer to avenge him for the death of his beloved grandson, a child who died for want of an expensive heart transplant operation. The wraith begins by killing bankers. Well, even Ted Bundy wasn’t all bad. Needless to say the killing goes on; the entire thing was filmed in Nowheresville, USA. One cannot of course judge films of this nature by the same yardstick as “professional” offerings, but there is an interesting and tragic aside to this one.

“A Whisper In The Dark” was released April 26, 2015. On October 1, 2014, one of its cast was murdered, apparently by her own son. The film is dedicated to her memory. Dr Ruby Moon-Houldson was a prolific novelist. She was stabbed to death in her own home, apparently over a financial dispute. Jorrell Houldson was a waster. At the end of the month, a warrant was issued for his arrest, but he was already dead; he had apparently committed suicide the day after the murder.
