Saw It and I Believe it….
I am a supporter of Independent Films. As a result, I’ve seen a lot of them, some good, some not so good. Fred Paskiewicz’s “Aliens & Gufors” is a GOOD ONE! For those of you reading this, if you think it’s easy to make an independent film about aliens, try it sometime. It ain’t easy! Mr. Paskiewicz clearly put a great deal of time and effort into this production and it shows. The characters are likable, with winning performances from the whole cast, the special effects are impressive and fun at the same time — remember this is a light comedy — and some of the lines are laugh out loud funny as well.

This movie was so bad. Sometimes it’s fun to watch bad movies but this wasn’t even fun. I watched the whole thing. It was just, just… terrible. Acting was bad, often seeming like there was no effort. Script was corny. Lead actor takes his dream girl on a date, then he hates her because she’s old fashioned, then he gives her a wedding ring. She says “that’s nice”. Now I have to mark this as having spoilers because of that last sentence.
