Watch: Cargo 2017 123movies, Full Movie Online – In a desperate bid to outrun a violent pandemic, Andy and Kay have holed up on a houseboat with their one-year-old daughter, Rosie. Their protected river existence is shattered by a violent attack, which sees Kay tragically die and Andy infected. Left with only 48 hours before he transforms into one of the creatures they have fought so long to evade, Andy sets out on a precarious journey to find a new guardian for his child. A flourishing Aboriginal tribe are Rosie’s best chance of survival – but with their merciless attitude toward the afflicted, they also pose a grave threat. A young Indigenous girl becomes Andy’s only chance of safe passage into this sacred community. But unfortunately the girl has no desire to return to her people – she is on a quest to cure her own infected father by returning his stolen soul. Each in their own way is seeking salvation… but they will need to work together if they hope to achieve it..

Had kind of hoped for more, but this is okay. _Cargo_ isn’t **exactly** like any other zombie deal out there though, so if your demands are low enough, there’s some value.

Final rating:★★½ – Had a lot that appealed to me, didn’t quite work as a whole.

Bit disappointed by this film. I saw the amazing short that was the basis for this film a few years ago, and it packed more punch in 7 minutes than this version packs in 105 minutes.

Everyone does their job well, the acting is uniformly good, the cinematography and setting are great. The problem is, the story is too thin and lacks depth. There are a couple of interesting ideas, the 48 hour time-line of the infection, the wrist bands counting down the 48 hours. But the padding of the plot feels forced and ultimately unnecessary. Everything could have been and probably should have been wrapped up in a much shorter time frame, and that is why the short film worked so well.

All in all, it was a good enough film, but considering the source it should have been amazing.

I’m no movie critic, but this movie had everything I wanted and more. Clever, genuinely believable and a stunning performance from Martin Freeman. If you want an intelligent movie about what might happen if the world had a pandemic without lots of unnecessary bloody gore, this is right up there.

If you’re looking for a horror movie, nope. All the bad reviews are from people who expected one. Fair enough.

This is not a horror movie.

This movie is about a father, a wife, and a baby trying to survive.

I cried my ass off at the end. I don’t like drama movies, I don’t like pishposh movies. I’m a full grown man that likes his zombies rotten and dangerous.

This, however, is not a horror movie, made me cry like a baby, and I absolutely loved it.

This movie is amazing. 10/10.

Unless you want a horror movie, which it isn’t.
