Catalina (Kara Saadet Schwarz) is attending a two person “macro” class with her friend Karlie (Candice Singleton) in Fort Lauderdale. Catalina suffers from sleep paralysis while we listen to unrelated wolf noises. Karlie helps her out by introducing her to Sebastian (Cristian Sanchez) who takes her virginity. The dreams get worse and more vivid as Catalina reads about her mother’s death which involves Satanism, demons and her…and Sebastian.

This is the first film of Christian Obando who wrote, filmed, directed, etc. The film suffered from some low budget aspects as uneven sound and limited sound track. It had some decent scenes, but many scenes that needed improvement. For instance the initial conversation with Sebastian films him with an overhead light in the background giving the camera a bad glare. This is a rookie mistake. Kara Saadet Schwarz did a fairly decent job for a no budget film, while the supporting cast less so. The dialogue wasn’t great and the plot hokey. Other than the black contacts, no special effects. The plot jerks you at 20 minutes and again at 40 minutes without much set up.
