Along with the beginning of the 21st century, Troma head Lloyd Kaufman welcomes in the year 2000 with another offering of the Toxic Avenger.

Toxie is transported into another dimension when a strange mishap occurs within the fabric of time. The Toxic Avenger trades places with his evil doppleganger the Noxious Offender during a botched hostage attempt inside a mentally handicapped school. During the explosion for a brief second Toxie is transported to Amortville while Noxie winds up in Tromaville. What will happen next? Will Toxie be able to make it back to his own universe so he can save Tromaville from the evil Noxie? You’ll have to find out in Toxic Avenger IV: Citizen Toxie. A true tale of two toxies. Sgt Kabukiman makes an appearance in dual roles (one good, the other evil) and several interesting cameo roles are filled with cult superstars. Kaufman wisely updates the Toxic Avenger for the next generation. Highly enjoyable third sequel in the Toxic Avenger franchise. Strongly recommended. Toxie’s back in action.
