Dick is stolen at the hospital and Roger only knows that his one son Adlai exists. Dick is raised by thugs and is taught to be evil while Adlai is taught to be good and peaceful. The evil Dr. Slag, PhD. uses Dick to frame Adlai and turn the people against him and then turn Tromaville into a toxic wasteland. It is up to Adlai to foil the fiendish plot and save Tromaville from destruction..
Plot: It’s the final chapter in the cult classic Class of Nuke’Em High Trilogy, and this time the fate of Tromaville hangs in the balance! Following the destruction of the Nukamama Power Plant by the lovable and horribly mutated toxic squirrel Tromie. Roger Smith (Brick Bronsky) and his half-subhumanoid son Adlai (also played by Brick Bronsky) are working to rebuild Tromaville into a place where human and subhumanoid can live together in peace. Unbeknownst to them, Adlai’s twin brother Dick (again played by Brick Bronsky!), kidnapped at birth and raised by the evil Power Clite, has plans to regain contol of the Subhumanoids and turn Tromaville into a nuclear waste dump. In a showdown for the ages, “The Good, the Bad and the Subhumanoid” face off in an explosive sci-fi battle of epic proportions!

Not as funny as the others, and much more slow-paced
This movie picks right off where the last Class of Nuke ‘Em High finished. This installment tells the story of two twin brothers, one raised to do good and one raised to do evil in the name of the Nukamama corporation. It features a lot of the cast from the last movie, which is good. However, the pace is much slower and the movie drags along quite a bit. Some of the same jokes are re-used (such as the “key grip”-“key grope” in the credits), and there’s more silly jokes, such as fart jokes or meta- references to Troma movies. There’s no massive climax as in the last one, no gigantic squirrel or some sort of mayhem… All in all, entertaining but a bit of a letdown compared to its predecessors.

This is the worst installment in the original trilogy
Class of Nuke ‘Em High Part 3: The Good, the Bad and the Subhumanoid (1994) is currently available on Tubi. The storyline picks up where the previous film left off where a newspaper reporter saved Nuke ’em High and Tromaville. That reporter is now mayor and his DNA was used to create twins. One twin is good and continues to protect the school and town and the other twin joins the evil Professor Holt. The twins are bound to face off in an epic showdown to determine the fate of Tromaville.

This movie is directed by Eric Louzil (Class of Nuke ‘Em High 2) and stars Brick Bronsky (Sgt. Kabukiman N. Y. P. D.), Lisa Star (Independence Day), John Tallman (Lust for Freedom), Lisa Gaye (Toxic Avenger Part II) and Mark Richardson (Vice Academy).

The flashback and story tie was…interesting. The narration explanation did get old quick; however, the squirrel ???? in this is always fun. I always loved the costumes and sets in these movies. It’s low budget but done in a fascinating way that captures the imagination. Trish is an absolute smoke show and the Ron Jeremy cameo made me laugh. The ending was a good “period” on the original trilogy.

Overall, this is the worst installment in the trilogy but I’d consider all 3 movies so bad they’re good. I would score this a 4.5-5/10 and recommend seeing it once.
