What a joke
The worst film i’ve watched, the acting was horrendous, the story line was copied from other films, the entire film was packed with inaccuracies and the set looked more like Downton Abbey that 10 Downing Street. Don’t waste your time on this film at all, it was frustrating to watch and a complete embarrassment for everyone involved. I’m surprised to learn that the film had a budget of £3million to be honest, it looked like it was made by a sixth form media student with no knowledge of the military in the UK at all. There were moments in the film where i found myself laughing at the awful quality of production and i can’t imagine the actors and actresses in this movie will be successful in the future if this is the best they can do! What an absolute joke!

Downing Street Down/Downing Street has fallen
The first one actually was used in Germany, but they could’ve gone with the second one as well. While the concept of those movies was/is not original, you can have fun with it. But not in this case. And one of the reasons is, that there is no Gerald Butler in this one. There is not even a Channing Tatum in it, if that would’ve floated your boat for whatever reason.

While it’s easy to blame all on the main actor (and he probably is not as bad, but unfit for the lead role that’s for sure), the bad guy in this will either strike you as completely annoying (very likely) or somewhat amusing in his over the top performance. There will be blood and the violence level is high, as is the level of ignorance and insulting tone to women (I still don’t know why a half naked stripper had to die or was in the movie in the first place). What you can learn from this, is that you cannot force funny … it’s just not possible (which is proved time and time again … also at the end of this)
