Highlander: The Down Payment
OK, I’ve watched & loved, Highlander the series…. I enjoyed it more than the movies themselves. Adrian Paul is a really talented actor & though I feel their acting was dead on… the script for this movie was HORRIBLE.

It was as awful as Highlander II… it just left me feeling like someone… wanted to revive the movie to make a few dollars. It was as if they threw this script together on a weekend & convinced some great actors this was a good idea.

Highlander creators… we’ll act like this didn’t happen if you promise not to produce another movie to finance a new house.

2 thumbs, way down.

“Highlander: The Source” is an Action – Fantasy movie and another movie of the “Highlander” franchise, in which we watch Duncan MacLeod work together with some other immortals to find the origin of the first immortal and their immortality in general.

I have to admit that I did not have high expectations from this movie and I was not disappointed by it. The direction which was made by Brett Leonard, it was below average and the script was equally bad. Regarding the interpretation of Adrian Paul who played as Duncan MacLeod was not good and I believe he did not reach his potential. Finally, I have to say that “Highlander: The Source” is not the best “Highlander” movie and I cannot understand why they even filmed it. It would be better if this movie did not exist because it ruins the name of the whole “Highlander” franchise.
