Watch: Journey with Jesus 2021 123movies, Full Movie Online – Yes, no doubt I am an Evans Family Fan, nevertheless, the movie has great educational, religious and cinematic value. I’ve never been to Israel, but after seeing the movie, one leaves the theater with beautiful photographic images of Bethlehem, Cana, Capernaum, the Dead Sea, the Mount of Olives and last but not least…Jerusalem!”Journey with Jesus”, informs the audience that everywhere where Jesus journeyed and performed a miracle, a magnificent church has been erected to commemorate the works of Christ. To a true believer, it doesn’t matter whether the topography of Jesus’ travels are 100% precise! In fact, the documentary makes the disclaimer and the viewer is left with the decision to believe whether the area discussed is the actual site or not.One movie cannot and should not be the full discourse of Jesus. But this one sure does spotlight Jesus and in the process it highlights the Evans’ Family love, trust and dependence upon Jesus.Journey with Jesus was worth my $17.50!.
Plot: Experience the Holy Land like never before. Join Dr. Tony Evans and his daughters, Priscilla Shirer and Chrystal Evans Hurst, as they retrace the steps that changed the world in ‘Journey with Jesus’ – in theaters this fall. Filmed on location in Israel, ‘Journey with Jesus’ brings us the Bible to life as Evans, Shirer and Hurst lead a beautiful and captivating walking tour of the historical sites and places of Jesus’ ministry, delivering personal insights, powerful teaching and biblical context for each location.

A missed opportunity
This should have been called “Journey with the Evanses.” I love Tony’s preaching and really looked forward to seeing this. Unfortunately, at several points throughout the showing I felt like I had paid $12.50 to see someone’s vacation slideshow. It’s almost entirely about the Evans family and what remains is Scripture tie-ins to where they were geographically – which was good but they glossed over quite a lot, and very little about other historical information. Did you know that the olive trees there can be centuries old and could be the same trees that Jesus himself walked by? You wouldn’t know that from the film. What was that rock that people were kissing? What about Jesus’ birth? What we are led to believe as to where he was born (in a stable in a field) is likely not actually what he was born into. If you want a modern day look at Jesus’ stomping grounds with biblical and other historical correlations, this is a missed opportunity. But, if you want to see 100s of shots of Tony, Tony & Priscilla, and a few of Tony and Chrystal, you’re sure to leave satisfied.
Great Movie
I read an ugly review about this movie and thought how miserable people are. This movie is a must see! I thought it was very educational and inspired me to want to go to Israel to walk the journey myself (which there are companies that will help he to do so.) To listen to the true stories and see the actual places of where Jesus walked, filled my soul. This movie was God lead and wonderfully made! I’m glad that Tony Evans and his family was able to bring this experience about and I look forward to any other movie he creates because I know it’s the Lord working through him.
