Sigh…
This special unfortunately feels flat with it’s low energy. The jokes are mild and the delivery feels pretty sleepy. Many jokes are past their epoch and most of the jokes will give you a chuckle at best. There is an attempt at being political but, surprisingly enough coming from Michael Che, the political content is not very well deeply explored and basically consist of superficial analysis about white racism, Donald Trump, Democrats and wokeness. Also jokes about Caitlyn Jenner? Geeeeez… In my opinion, this might be funny if you are a little desperate to laugh, which is what it felt like coming from the audience.

I’ll still give a 5 stars rating since he hasn’t done a special in many years and I like the guy.
