Watch: Noma: My Perfect Storm 2015 123movies, Full Movie Online – ‘Noma My Perfect Storm’ is a feature-length documentary film about the renowned chef René Redzepi set against the backdrop of his Copenhagen-based restaurant, NOMA, voted the Best Restaurant In The World 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014. The story is not simply about a chef at the stove, but the balanced story of a man, who came from a disparate and humble background and against all odds, rose to the height of the gastronomic world and became a God of Food and one of the most influential people on the planet. It’s a story about what it takes to be the best restaurant in the world, the sacrifices that are made and the pragmatic choices that are taken to maintain its success. It is a story of human relationships in which joy and sorrow blend to give birth to complex and vibrant meals..
Plot: A creative journey into the unique mind of René Redzepi, chef and co-owner of Noma, voted best restaurant in the world four times.

amateur camera work, meandering storyline
Camera work is very jerky and shaky, totally takes you out of the aesthetic experience expected of a food-related documentary (think: Jiro Dreams of Sushi or the Chef’s Table series). The interviews with random people associated with the restaurant seems haphazard and shallow. I’m a big fan of Rene but I don’t think this documentary flatters him (e.g. There are many long stretches filmed of Rene “yelling” at his staff without any context).
