Watch: Sintel 2010 123movies, Full Movie Online – A girl named Sintel searches for a baby dragon she calls Scales. A flashback reveals that Sintel found Scales with its wing injured and helped care for it, forming a close bond with it. By the time its wing recovered and it was able to fly, Scales was caught by an adult dragon. Sintel has since embarked on a quest to rescue Scales, fending off beasts and warriors along the way. She eventually comes across a cave housing an adult and baby dragon, the latter of which she believes to be Scales. The adult dragon discovers and attacks Sintel, but hesitates to kill her. Sintel slays the dragon, only to recognize the scar on its wing and realize the dragon is an adult Scales, and that she too has aged considerably. Sintel leaves the cave heartbroken, unknowingly followed by Scales’s baby..
Plot: A wandering warrior finds an unlikely friend in the form of a young dragon. The two develop a close bond, until one day the dragon is snatched away. She then sets out on a relentless quest to reclaim her friend, finding in the end that her quest exacts a far greater price than she had ever imagined.

Mindblowing
Good story and great animation, I stumbled on to this and really enjoyed it.

It is both impressive and heartbreaking
“Sintel” impressed me.

Not only for the amazing quality of the animation (With a high level of realism in what concerns to the textures and effects, not to mention the expressiveness of the characters and the outstanding level of detail) but also for the way in which it deconstruct several common clichés and archetypes from several fantasy and adventure histories, giving a very tragic turn to the classical plot of the hero’s “Journey”. In many ways, the main character is the classic archetype of a “hero” in a fantasy history, being fiery and determined to don’t give up; the fact that her intentions are pretty good and understandable made the twist at the ending something even more tragic, but I do think that this short has a valid point, even if it is very harsh: Having a noble intention and being brave (at least in the traditional sense of the word in fantasy stories) is not always a guarantee of good results or success.

However, even when the ending is incredibly sad and heartbreaking (With only a very little glimpse of hope) the overall experience of “Sintel”is something very rewarding and enjoyable, being exciting and entertaining to watch.

I highly recommend this short to anyone who enjoys fantasy and adventure epics.
