Shoot him, if you can
Actually it is just kill him if you can I suppose … but hey tried to go as close to the catch him if you can pun/joke. So hopefully that works – even if there is no connection to a famous Hanks and DiCaprio movie. The connection you can find here is more to something like Hard Target or Surviving the Game to name two other movies (who both are better in my view, but that’s me).

Still this is a decent effort and if you don’t mind the premise (as in this only being a movie and having some interesting action scenes containing quite a bit of violence) … go ahead and make your day. Gunplay, hand to hand combat and much more … enjoy it for what it is.

Cambodian?
Though ot looks like it is shot in cambodia (dirt roads, drive on right side) they all speak thai not kmer. Quite different language.

Also the prison warden is a famous thai actor.
