Plenty of potential, not so good execution
I would have loved to rate this movie higher, there’s plenty of potential in the concept and some of the ideas in the movie but I couldn’t stand the characters. Their interactions with each other, and their development doesn’t follow human rules, they are what is needed in the scene and that creates a disconnect that avoided me to enjoy the film. Most of it is also completely predictable, except for a twist near the end, and I’m not sure if I couldn’t see due to the incoherence of it all at that point. I would have rated it at least 5 because it feels like a movie despite its flaws, but there are so many good reviews I feel like I need to warn others, thus this review.

an unexpectadly well made movie
If youre in for the unknown spectre of filmaking, ”the room ” is a good way to start. its science fition horror at its near best, its human agony and pain an masse’, the acting are supreme, and the story works even till the end, and if there will be made a sequel it will be hard to follow up this one.

some may feel abit confusion in the end, but thats the point i guess, its a film that may blast way for new thoughts, and youll really get a tale from the unexpected. the filmography, the special effects, the sound work and score really hits the bulls eye. many film in this genre rails out to infinity, with hopeless endings and terrible plot excecution, but the room are the great exception.

the grumpy old man recommends, and if you do ,wait til its dark outside, so that you can feel the eriness at best.
