Visually interesting. Story arc lacking.
It makes you think “while” you’re watching it but then you don’t walk away with anything to discuss afterwards which is the real measure of success for any film. It’s visually interesting for a variety of reasons that have to do with the colors, juxtaposition and editing. Love is ill defined and painful and risky . It’s not a life affirming film that inspires you to take a chance on love unless you’re wearing an Advanced Bomb Suit (ABS) like Jeremy Renner in “The Hurt Locker”.

It would be fine for a art gallery, for a exposition about love, but…even if I loved the animation style, this doesn’t have a lot to say and it isn’t Oscars material.
