Synopsis

A basic predictable storyline with no character development building
The only novel thing where time was spent on during the brainstorming process is the premise. Everything around it seems to be rushed to get a movie in time. Sadly, it’s not an enjoyable watch – I finished it since I started it.

Low Budget Cool Ideas Twists, Questions, Etc
I read some reviews on this prior to viewing so my wife and I knew what we were getting into and since it sounded cool off to the drive in we went. What if you were once a superhero but no one believed you. What if your beliefs and fall from grace landed you a drunk and homeless and you told your stories of your parrallel universe self to others who would buy you drinks. Thats basically what this is about. You see this drunk befriend someone, deal with what may or may not be tall tales or delusions . When that friends sisters job endangers them both what do you do superpowers or not. Again are your delusions real… In the end we do find out most of the anwers and the one about the hero is a little open as both sides get to give their two cents. Possible sequel but not why you think. They did a ton with low budget and the special effects tied to the heros supposed ??? backstory were done with animation (which cut down on the budget probably and while mosre like choppy animation not smooth it was colorful and suited the fractured maybe delusional memories of the hero) Our expectations were low but given what they had to work with they did an above and beyond expectation, perhaps “super” job. Worth watching. For my comic book fans I would tell them to pay to watch it because its worth it. For those of you who are not big superhero fans, rent it when it comes on demand as it worth the watch if you like superhero films, gritty superherof films. Just keep and open mind and be mindful that is low budget. (My wife and i went to a Drive in theater to catch this during the wuhan china coronavirus pandemic 12-11-20. Ford Drive In Theater in MI has been a blessing though no new blockbusters if you keep an eye out each week you catch something interesting here and there.)
