Avoidable
A generic Indonesian romantic comedy that ultimately turns into a thriller and ends up being an almost Mexican romantic comedy. It’s about four bossy friends who sign up for a course to stop being it and have to pass several tests (silly and totally out of context) to stop being it. Predictable like all of its kind. Quality. Terrible performances that fall into the absurdity and ridicule of how exaggerated they are. Light sexual jokes and one or two moments are laughable, the rest is sad. He tries to talk about love and freedom and fails. Avoidable Sunday, for when you don’t have something else to do with your time.
